Project Brief:
This project consisted of a full refurbishment of the bedrooms and bathrooms with anti-ligature equipment on behalf of the NHS.

• Each radiator was removed and renewed with an anti-ligature cover and anti-tamper TRV
• Installation of anti-ligature extractor fans and covers
• Installation of anti-ligature baths and showers including new supplies
• Installation of new anti-ligature main lighting and reading lights
• Installation of new spurs and switches throughout the ward
• Installation of electrically operated toilets and basins
• Installation of new kitchen area including wiring to comply with anti-ligature requirements
